The club's primary role is to serve as both a recreational and a competitive outlet for the children and young adults in Hartford County Area of Connecticut.
During the 2007 winter season World Soccer League is volunteering some assistance to parents and principals in their grassroots formation of a non-league and league recreation and development program involving Bulkeley, Harford High and other schools , middle, and high school students / players.
